Lyft Driver Safety and Awareness

I am  Lyft driver and I drive around the greater Sacramento area. On Thursday morning I was attacked by a large group of people between the ages of 17 and 21. I am using go fund me to help myself and my family make it through the next few weeks because Lyft is my primary job. I will not be reembusred by Lyft or my insurance company for the time I am unable to drive do to my medical and vehicle issues. My vehicle is currently in impound being processed for prints and then the damage that was done to it will need to be fixed.
