Surgery For Pineal Cystic Tumor

In November 2017 I was admitted to hospital having what was thought to be a bleed on the brain. I had excruciating symptoms:
-Pressure at the back of the head
-Blurred vision
-Nausea
-Sensitivity to light
-Limb jerking
-eyes going black for seconds
-Dizziness
After extensive testing, I was found to have a pineal cystic Tumor. A Tumor in the pineal gland in the centre of my brain.
After researching myself and help from the neurology team at my local hospital, it's been told nothing in the UK can be done for me.
If I have any hope of having this Tumor removed, I'll need to raise money myself to go and have surgery in either Australia with Dr Charlie Teo, or America with either Dr Kim or Dr Patel.
If this is left in my brain the symptoms will only get worse and chronic. My life has already changed drastically, and I couldn't imagine having to live with this constant agony every day. There's also a chance the Tumor could become cancerous, which is even more of a reason I need to raise funds for surgery.
