DV Survivors Media Training with Jane Gilmore

Do you want to join us in making a difference to end violence against women and children in our society? We're raising money to support survivors of domestic violence to speak to the media safely by undertaking media training with Jane Gilmore!

We know that in order to make the changes needed, we need more than the research and policy expertise, we also need the real stories to capture the hearts and minds of the decision-makers in our society - our voters and our politicians!

That is why the vision and the courage of this group of survivors of domestic violence are so important, and why they need to be supported and empowered to tell their story, safely.

Jane Gilmore is passionate about eliminating gender-based violence and has led responsible journalism in this field for many years. Now, Jane is on board to generously assist us with this project, but we need your help to pay for the costs associated with the training, including travel costs for women in regional and remote areas to attend.
