Nepal Earthquake Relief 2015 NAYA

Donation protected

A 7.8 magnitude earthquake centered less than 50 miles from Kathmandu rocked Nepal with devastating force early Saturday, killing at least 700 people and counting. They have yet to rescue all of the injured. We are at a risk for another earthquake to hit in a few hours and the authorities there are trying to find a way to prepare for it. Nepal needs us now more than ever. Nepal has always anticipated it but is also highly unequipped and unprepared to deal with this tragedy. Major historic landmarks, temples, houses, and villages all across Kathmandu region have been completely destroyed.

This is a call to all Nepalese youth and youth organizations all across America (and the world) to lend a helping hand and stand together for our brothers and sisters back home. It's an effort to provide some relief to our people back home.

We will ensure that all contribution, each and every penny, goes towards providing relief to Nepal. This is the first step in providing assistance so please include everyone you know.

This initiative is organized by Nepalese American Youth Assiciation in colaboration with Nepalese Student Association at George Mason University, Stony Brook University, NAYA D.C chapter at George Washington University, and the brothers of Iota Nu Delta Fraternity Incorporated.
