HELP JOEY FIGHT CANCER!

As many of you already know, our 6 year old Australian Shepherd Joey has recently been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer. 

We are reaching out for funding help so that we can do whatever has to be done to save Joey's life - he is an incredible dog and it is not his time to go yet!

Joey's cancer has all happened in a matter of weeks, it was shocking how quickly the growth went from thumb-nail sized to golf-ball sized on his head, putting pressure on his head, his right eye and even down to his jaw so much that he can only do half a yawn.

He has just had his surgery (last Tuesday 19th February) which went pretty well. Unfortunately Joey had a small seizure Wednesday morning so he had to be kept for observation an extra night. During surgery the oncologist managed to save Joey's right eye but he is unable to blink or close it for now.  He's on a lot of medication and needs a lot of rest to try and get back his strength. 

So far,our vet bill is at $7039 ($477 for his biopsy, $200 for all his medication and $6,363 for his Craniotomy) We return to the vet next week to get the results on if they got all the cancer or not...
