People to People Student Ambassador

Hello. My name is Talia Hill. I am a Junior at Northwood High School. I am a 4.0 honor student that strives to do my best in everything that I do. I have an excellent opportunity to participate in a program that will allow me to travel to new countries, see how other cultures live and work, and create new bonds with people that could make a life changing difference. This program is called People to People Student Ambassador. It was founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1956 with the goal of gobal peace and to acheive understanding of other cultures in a respectable peaceful enivornment. I am asking for donations to help me achieve this dream and opportuinty to not only see the world, but to also learn how the world works outside of my town, outside of my state, and outside of my country. I am most greatful for your support! This is a 19 day program to Europe. I will get to work with different people from France to Germany. I will help build a castle, make apple strudel, work on a farm, and meet survivors from the concentration camps in Austria. I will even get to see the Tower of Pisa and the Effiel tower. I will go to school with kids in France and stay with a French family. I'll get to  go to Venice and ride down a canal in a gondala. We will vist the Vatican and maybe see the Pope. There will be so may wonderful thing to do, learn and experience. Your donation, no matter what, will help me to attain this chance of a life time! Most importantly this will give me a 1.5 credit for shcool in social studies. That means that I can take another college level course to ease to cost for my mom of that class when I go to college. It also looks great on college applications.
