Taryn's Funds For Lung Transplant

Hey y'all! Thanks for taking time to read my story and quite possibly help my family out!! My name is Taryn Wolfe. I'm 24 years old & since I was 5 months old I've been battling Cystic Fibrosis. For those of you who aren't aware of CF, it's a genetic disorder that effects mostly the lungs but also the pancreas, liver, and intestine. It causes massive difficulty breathing and can develope severe lung infections. Little fun fact: ITS NOT CONTAGIOUS! Unfortunately, there's no cure so our only option we have for a "normal" life is a double lung transplant. Right now my normal is the hospital. I'm not able to go home and live my life like a 24 year old should. I'm confined to my house when I am home. The rate I'm declining is rapid but I'm still fighting tooth & nail. Which is exactly what I am trying to get a transplant but it doesn't come easy & most certainly not cheap. We really need money for travel and lodging expenses. We will have to live in a hotel for 2-3 months post-op. It just depends on my recovery. But we also have to have enough money to pay for our house an other expenses in Dayton since my family will be off work up in Cleveland with me. Now the medical expenses are just outrageous. Thousands will need to be forked out of our pockets every 30 days to keep me alive. My post-op meds are very crutial & I will always need to be on them. Most are life long. As you can tell a transplant is a huge ordeal but I have faith in all of you kind people to help me meet my goal. If you don't donate for me, donate for my family. They are the ones who will have to deal with this burden.
