HELP TCCTC STUDENTS/STAFF GET A NEW LEASE ON LEARNING WITH NEW FURNITURE
Tallahassee Christian College and Training Center is 26 years old. However, our furniture shouldn't reflect that long history. We need you to join ranks with our donors, Friends of the Center, in helping us offer our students a great new learning environment now that we are able to move to a new, northeast location in Tallahassee. Thanks to our current donors, this modern building will serve our students and faculty better, with new facilities right where many live.
We need your help to update our student desks and chairs for the new location. Our current desks, tables, and chairs have been in use for 8 years, and were donated to TCCTC after years of use by another school. Peeling wood, mismatched and clunky tables and chairs, and rebuilt computers make for a difficult learning environment.
To equip our new location, our goal is to purchase:
-30 new tables
-80 new chairs
-4 new office desk/chair sets
-6 new computers
For $40,000, we can provide students and teachers with new, comfortable, and efficient workspace. We have chosen furniture that is flexible and portable, allowing rooms to change from classroom style to auditorium style seating with ease. Our goal is to have everything purchased and completely set up for our 2017 Fall Open House this coming August. Will you help with a tax-deductible gift? Whether you give $5, $50, $500, or more, every dollar makes our learning environment a better one.
