Team Metro for Kate Kasten & Family

My heart aches tonight....... My friend and co-worker for close to 15 years was taken from this world in a horrible act of violence. Along with her, her beautiful children and her mom were taken as well.

Kate had a huge personality and was always smiling even in the face of adversity. Her life recently was not easy as she lost her husband, the love of her life, to cancer in the spring of 2017. I remember talking with her just before she lost him. Kate told me that Kory didn’t want her to be sad when he passed, he wanted her to live and love because life is too short to do anything else. She always did her best to do as he asked. I can only hope she knew what an unbelievable impact she had on those around her, always sharing her amazing strength with friends and loved ones.

I know she is smiling down on us saying the same thing as Kory did.... don’t be sad, live and love, life is too short. Until we meet again Kate, all I can say is Big Love❤️ William Frisella and the entire Metro Family
