Send Team 4042 to Worlds!

Team 4042 "Nonstandard Deviation", a FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team from Garfield High School, has had their best season in their eight year team history.
The team competed with the top 4.5% of teams worldwide at the FTC West Super-Regional in Spokane, WA, and will now be advancing to the FTC World Championship in Houston, TX from April 18-21st!
They received awards at all of their competitions this year for their innovative robot design. These awards include winning the prestigious Rockwell Collins Innovate Award at both the Washington State Championships and the FTC West Super-Regional, effectively putting the team in first place for innovation out of all West-Coast robotics teams! 4042 also won the Control award, received multiple nominations for the Design award, and even received a nomination for the coveted Inspire award during their season!
4042's 15 members and two mentors have worked extremely hard to qualify for their first World Championship ever, but we need your help to get to Houston. Sending a large robotics team to a four-day event has significant costs, including airfare, hotel rooms, food and registration fees.
You can help us make this trip possible by making a donation and/or sharing this page with others.
