A helping hand for Erika and David

As many of you know, Erika is battling an aggressive form of breast cancer. We're not normally the sort of people who ask others for help. However, Erika has been out of work since early July, and we have watched what meager savings we had quickly dwindle. The stress has become overwhelming for both of us. Now that we are looking at Erika probably having to have surgery around Christmas, we've acquiesced to asking for help. Depending on the type of surgery she'll ultimately have to undergo, Erika will likely face many weeks of recovery well into the new year. As we're already having trouble making ends meet, we would like to graciously ask for some help from friends and family. Every little bit will help. I have been looking for a second job to work on top of my 50-hour-a-week schedule; however, I'd like to be home to take care of Erika. We'd be grateful for any assistance you'd be willing to offer!
