Terminating lease and finding new home for us

It is  very sad that I am having to do this but the outpouring of love And concern I have received on social media and in person about my kitty, poodle, has brought me here. 
Poodle is in the custody of Wake county animal control over a alleged, “cat attack”.  My Roomate has claimed that she “came after him while doing dishes and attacked him”.
It is protocol for when an animal bites someone that they be quarantined for 10 days if their rabies shots are not up to date. Poodle was unfortunately not up to date.
But the photos and evidence I have gathered tell a different story. It is clear that my Roomate had to have provoked poodle in order to to receive the defensive “wounds” he received. Not to mention the bruises to her ear and chunks of fur ripped out of her neck.
Today, 3/27/19 I went to my leasing office and terminated my lease in order to get as far away from my Roomate who has been tormenting my cat when I am not home.
Any help is appreciated. I’m not one to ask forhelp but it isn’t for me at the end of the day. It is for poodle. She has already been thru so much before being found and fostered and getting adopted for this to happen it is just downright wrong. 
My heart breaks for her.  All I want to do is give her the life she deserves. She has a safe place to stay with a family member when she gets out of quarentine if I havnt found a new place to move into in the coming weeks.
It is so unfair that she has had to go thru this process when she has done nothing wrong. Again, anything helps, I just want to give my kitty the life she deserves so anything is appreciated.
