Cerebral Bypass Brain Surgery

I am a 26 year old mother of two and I recently was diagnosed with a brain disorder called MoyaMoya. My arteries on both sides of my brain are closing. Prior to this I was diagnosed with lupus anticoagulant and factor 5 Leiden which causes me to have strokes. I just got insurance thanks to my mother and it starts on June 1st, however the insurance  I was able to obtain does not cover the neurosurgeons that specialize in the surgery that I need. I am trying to find away for the insurance to cover at least a part of the surgery. I already know the initial appointments will have to be covered by me. I currently do not work because of my previous stroke I'm filing for SSI but they have yet to approve me. I need help
