First and foremost, thank you for coming to our GoFundMe page. Most people would simply scroll past it. I'm Eric Spyropoulos (@ericspyros on Twitter) and a little while back I decided to transform my podcast into a full fledged website. This website is now live (https://94feetreport.com/) and has a team of about 20 other writers, editors, and podcasters. I decided to embark on the daunting task of creating another publication covering the NBA because I was passionate about doing so and because I wasn't afraid to fail. I love the team we've assembled for the site, and our launch week has gone very well.
I'm just a college kid who has a strong passion for sports journalism (specifically covering the NBA). I (like so many other college students) have an internship and other responsibilities this summer. Many of our team members at The 94 Feet Report are passionate and knowledgeable NBA fans with limited sports writing experience. My goal with The 94 Feet Report was to 1) create a platform for those wanting to share their ideas, research, and knowledge and 2) to publish more NBA related content, since I think you can never have enough of such content.
However, given my other responsibilities and lack of financial capital, you can help contribute to the growth of The 94 Feet Report! We have articles and podcasts for any and every NBA fan, but our main goal is to provide a platform for those who haven't had one in the past to share their work. In order to continue growing the site and providing a platform for more hard-working NBA fans/analysts, your help is instrumental.
Our site will continue to be available to the public free of charge. After all, our team is made up of passionate NBA fans who enjoy writing and podcasting in order to share their work! However, any and all support is much appreciated and would be extremely valuable to our growth at The 94 Feet Report!
