The Blue Chew Food Truck

Hello all, we just wanted to give a quick update! Unfortunately we had a small fire in the truck. No one was hurt but there was a good amount of heat and smoke damage to the walls and ceiling of the truck. In order to have a safe, healthy cooking environment the truck has to be completely emptied and all of the walls and electrical must be redone. We also must replace a lot of kitchen equipment and food.

We are currently waiting on repairs to be completed. Hopefully we will be up and running in about three weeks . Unfortunately this is putting us out of work for about 3-4 weeks but we hope to be out serving you all again soon!

We are trying to raise donations for cost, expenses, repairs , and losses that insurance will not cover . Thank you all .
