The family of Nick Smarr

25 year old Officer Nick Smarr was killed in the line of duty December 7, 2016 in Americus Ga. His best friend and roomate , Jody Smith, was also shot in this same incident and is currently in critical condition. The purpose of this Go fund me is not to pay for the funeral but for the family of Nick Smarr to use however the need to. I know his mother and other relatives are traveling for several states away, In the days to come they may miss work or have an unexpected expense come up along the way and with so many people out there who want to help in some way I thought maybe this would help out in a dark time. He served our country in the United States Marine Corps and also our community as an Americus Police officer. If you find it in your heart to donate then do so, if no thats ok too.
