The Moseley/ Faulk Family Fund
Donation protected
On Friday February 23rd 2018, just before 7 am, Cassandra and Frances Mosely were involved in a car accident. It proved to be fatal for Frances and cost Cassandra her left arm.
They were on their way to North Carolina University to be with Frances’ daughter, Nichole Mosely Faulk, who was scheduled for surgery related to Thyroid cancer.
Nichole is my best friend and has been there for me through thick and thin. Frances has always been like a second mom and I have always been considered family.
Frances died at the scene, but Cassandra was transferred to Duke University Medical.
Nichole knew they were coming but did not find out about the accident until after she woke up from surgery.
Nichole, still weak from being sick, has lost her mother and her sister-in-law has lost her left arm. In the course of one day this family has experienced more tragedy than anyone should have to face.
This family needs to know that they are not alone and that there is goodness left in this world. All I am asking is that, maybe, for one day, we all skip that fancy cup of coffee or that drive through breakfast on the way to work. Instead, let’s donate that money to this family to help with their current and future expenses caused by this tragedy.
We may not be able to take away the pain this has caused, but we can help relieve some of the financial stress and make the healing process a bit easier.
