Napa Quake Mosaic

The Napa Quake Mosaic  is a collaborative public art project created to honor those affected by the 2014 earthquake in Napa. It is being made using primarily household objects broken during the earthquake and donated by community members. The mosaic will be permanently installed on a disused train car donated by the Napa Valley Wine Train . When complete, the Quake Mosaic will become part of Napa's Rail Arts District  installed along Soscol Street adjacent to the Napa Valley Vine Trail .

We are grateful for all of the support the project has received from our partners: Nimbus Arts , Mentis , Heath Ceramics , Vine Village , Arts Council Napa Valley  and Napa County . All donations received are tax deductible through the generosity of one of the project's fiscal sponsors, Nimbus Arts. 10% of each donation received will directly benefit their work bringing together people of all ages and skill levels to nurture curiosity, learning, creative expression and a sense of community.

Names of donors who give $150 and over will be honored with a handmade, custom ceramic tile installed on the donor wall of the project.
