The Rising is back in September 2024 and this year we want everyone to ‘rise up’ with us for Youth Mental Health. We’re raising vital funds for A Lust For Life's early prevention schools programmes

This September, we will take on:

‍♂️ A six-day kayak down the River Shannon

‍♀️ An 120 km cycle from Limerick to Killarney

⛰️ A final day climb up Carrauntoohil

…All to support @alustforlife’s mission to ensure every child and young person in Ireland gets access to their schools mental health programmes.
