Galaxy's pelvic surgery

My furbaby Galaxy, a siberian husky, got out of the house in a freak door opening accident, and was struck by a car. She was picked up by animal control and had to spend the first night alone at an animal shelter until they let me get her the next morning. Her right pelvic bone has been fractured on the point that bears the weight of her leg. Surgery will cost close to 4000 dollars to set her bone in place and attach a metal plate to prevent slipping. The surgery must be done within 3 days, and a week at the very latest, otherwise the natural healing that has already occurred will be to far along to reverse to correctly do to operation. One of the main concerns of the vet was possible neurological problems being able to use the bathroom, and as the day has gone on, my poor girl has not been able to use the bathroom all day, despite several attempts. She can't move on her own without crying out in pain, and we have to use a sling to help her even attempt to walk. If we don't go with the surgical procedure, she will have most likely have to be on pain meds most of her life, and may or may not have pinched nerves or nerve damage. She will most likely have a limp with or without surgery, but without, the limp will be more severe. The fracture is in the area where to colon and other vital insides are located, so it may be potentially damaging to those as well. Galaxy is not quite 2 years old yet, and is one of the sweetest beasts I have ever known. I love her with all of my heart and want her to have the best life possible. She is my child, just a really furry child, and I can't stand to see her in so much pain.
