On the morning of September 1st, 2018, my sister Theresa Baisden was senselessly murdered in a mass shooting on Cleveland East Side. It is unfortunate that she leaves behind four young children. For those who knew Theresa knew she was a sweet Soul who conquered many obstacles while continuing to work to overcome them.
