Three Movies and an Auditorium
Donation protected
To help celebrate the 2017 Kaolin Festival, the Sandersville School Building Authority will host a movie related to the festival theme in the auditorium as a fundraiser. The SSBA needs your help to fund the production crew who will outfit the auditorium with the needed equipment to show the movie. The funds will also be used to purchase a license for the movie, concession supplies, and assist with utilities which will increase due to use of the building during the festival.
Donors who donate $20 and up will have two passes (the donor and a guest), to see the movie, waiting at the auditorium door. Otherwise the entrance fee will be $5 per person.
The festival theme is "Kaolin Through the Decades... The 50's - Happy Days"! The 1950s were known as the Atomic Age, so with your support the classic monster flick "Creature from the Black Lagoon" will be shown in the Auditorium! Two showings on Saturday, October 14th at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Thank you in advance for your support to bring a fun experience to the Kaolin Festival and the historic Sandersville School!
(originally three movies were to be shown, further investigation into licensing made that cost prohibitive)
