Hi Comrades,
Today is my birthday and we are a little more than half way through our tour in Puerto Rico. We are also a little more than half to completing our goal.
In the last two months we have been embedded with the CCLJ, been witness to the victories of the Boriken people, help folks get organized, develop connections with off-island organizations and subvert the capitalist media services to get yall the real story in Boriken. That last one has boosted the morale of people in resistance against an old and seasoned. Lack of publicity, visibility and miss information has made the people vulnerable.
We still have a long way to go and even after November there will be work to do. Organizing all the information into a presentation to educate folks on the struggle of these Afrikan/Indigenous folk, strengthening a connection between organizations in Boriken with organizations in the US and around the world and prepare for another round of covering people in resistance.
The best you can give me is a donation to our project and encouraging others to do the same. Be sure to email your address. All donors before November 1st get a postcard from Boriken.
