Tiara's Memorial Service

Tiara was a fun spirited young girl who loved her family and her friends immensely. She wasn't just my sister-in-law but she was a daughter, sister, aunt, and a best friend. Many have asked how they can help in this time of great tragedy and this is how. Her mother would like to hold a funeral service in Virginia and anything you may be able to give towards making this service possible would be greatly appreciated. We are still trying to finalize all the details and will keep everyone posted.
