Change one Dallas family's life

"Do for one what you wish you could do for all."
This fall, many people helped a Dallas area single mom named Toni (name has been changed)–and her three kids–get on their feet. They'd found themselves without a place to live, and even though Toni had a job, starting over would be almost impossible. We put the word out about her situation, and through the generous gifts of complete strangers, they were able to move into a rental house! We met our initial goal of $3770.00. Furniture items were donated, and immediate needs were taken care of in a truly wonderful, miraculous way. The kids got enrolled in great local schools. It has been awesome to see the hope that's been sparked in this family!
Many have asked how Toni and her family are doing. The reality is that she still needs assistance.
Recently, Toni's has had health issues that have caused her to have to miss work. Now she is faced with medical expenses as well. For a family on the edge, this is devastating, especially this time of year. The kids are settled into their new schools and it's awesome to see them doing well - it's important for them to continue where they are. They have real chance at success in life.
We want to make sure that Toni can stay in her house so that she won't have to move back to a shelter or other temporary situation.
We'd like to get Toni through the immediate loss of income, until she can regain enough hours to continue to provide for herself through her job. She is very anxious to work, and is doing all she can to make ends meet.
If you would like to help, we would truly appreciate any donation, no matter how small. Please know that you are making a huge difference in one family's life!
Bless you!!
