Tonka Strong for Minnetonka Staff

Our Minnetonka school community is devasted by the loss of the valued young lives from Minnetonka High School over the past year. The one rock solid support system that has been in place is our high school staff, especially Principal Erickson and the counseling staff. Each has gone above and beyond the role of their job and the hours of their work day.  They have offered grief counseling and watched over our kids as families try to find a sense of understanding while none can be found.  

Staff too are grieving and hurting.

To honor and support the MHS staff, we are pulling together a special appreciation lunch Friday, Sept 30th. The lunch will be part of the early release workshop and provided to all 250 staff members.  

Please consider being generous and donate to show your support. The funds raised will cover the cost of a catered lunch.  Any additional money will be split and donated to the Berzins and Burnette families. It's a way parents and community members can bring healing to themselves and others.

Donations are requested by Thursday, Sept. 29th at 12:00 p.m.
