Sky Dive for Bristol Older People!

Donation protected
Tony is skydiving! Help him reach his £2k target raising funds for Older People in Bristol.

Daredevil Tony, at the ripe young age of 82, is taking to the skies in a bid to raise money for Bristol Older People’s Forum. He is part of a team of people, alongside his pal Zia, making a leap of faith from above and they need your help!

Tony is an active member of the Forum and a number of local charities and organisations where he volunteers his time. He is committed to helping others in Bristol, giving his time and support to numerous individuals to help them feel more integrated in their communities.

Now he is taking on his most daring challenge yet…a sky dive from 15,000 feet on Saturday 14th April at  Sarum Airfield near Salisbury.

Following a number of funding cuts, the future of Bristol Older People’s Forum is under threat and they desperately need to raise funds to enable them to continue.

Bristol Older People’s Forum is a group  who, mainly volunteer their time, to champion the rights of older people across the city – lobbying local government on issues, holding regular meetings and providing useful information for older people in the city. As the longest standing group of influential older people it is a real shame that their future is now uncertain.

Please donate as much or as little as you can to ensure that older people continue to have a voice in Bristol as they continue to help combat growing isolation and loneliness in the city and strive for an equitable city for all ages.
