TrePierre Foundation

On Friday, June 19, 2015 I received the worst possible call... My eldest son, TrePierre had been shot (and killed) in an incident with the Cincinnati Police Department. TrePierre had just turned 21 years old two weeks prior, and we were planning our family celebration and reunion in Atlanta, GA. I didn't want to believe the news. How could this have happened...
TrePierre was suffering from undiagnosed mental illness, and manic-depressive disorder. I never knew...
The TrePierre Foundation was created with the express mission to combat undiagnosed mental illness in young adult men & women in urban areas. Your support and financial assistance will help create the necessary awareness and programming to identify and remove the stigma from seeking treatment for behavioral health disorders like manic-depressive disorder.
The TrePierre Foundation will provide comprehensive training workshops for parents, educators, law enforcement, and other community programs, to better understand how to identify symptoms of undiagnosed behavioral health disorders.
Looking back in retrospect, TrePierre might be alive were I more familiar with undiagnosed behavioral health disorders at the time. Looking forward in faith, I hope to create the necessary pathways for parents, educators, law enforcement, and the community to prevent incidents related to undiagnosed behavioral health disorders.
Your support is greatly appreciated, and will be applied directly to management of the TrePierre Foundation, as well as awareness campaigns, programming, curriculum, and training workshops.
For each standard donation, you will receive a commemorative TrePierre Foundation, and higher donation amounts will receive "limited edition" shirt from C-Town Apparel. (www.c-townapparel.com)
