The IATB - the International Association of Trans Bodybuilding - needs your help to continue serving Trans bodybuilders from around the world. For four years, FTM Fitness World and the IATB have hosted competitions in Atlanta, GA, with athletes coming from as far as Russia to compete in the only all-trans bodybuilding competition in the world. We are transitioning from a for-profit model to a non-profit model so we can better serve the community. Please help us keep the IATB going during this time.
You'll notice I adjusted the fundraising goal down considerably. The IATB has just been officially turned over to me, so I did not have to "buy" the brand. Also, a donor did not use GoFundMe for their donation, so we are actually at about $1000, 1/4 of our goal!
The fifth annual competition will be held in Atlanta, GA Saturday, October 6, 2018. Time TBA. Even if you can't donate, I hope you can come to the event which is being held at the 7 Stages Backdoor Theatre.
Other cities such as Los Angeles (Tentatively April 2019) and Sydney, Australia, (2020) have expressed interest in hosting an IATB event.
My goal is to be fully transitioned to 501c3 status by sometime late this year. It's a long process that includes finding appropriate board members. If you are interested in serving on the board, please let me know.
Please consider donating to this cause which, as a former bodybuilder and current IATB judge, is dear to my heart.
