Hi, I'm Gabriel and I am 7 years old! I started playing golf when I was 5 and absolutely love, love, love it!
I am lucky enough to be able to play on various tours, including the European Junior Tour where I have won numerous events and was also named European Junior Tour player U6 for two years running winning both years at the tour finals in Spain.
In 2017 I competed in the Adidas Wee Wonders tour where I finished in 3rd place at the Grand Final at St Andrews.
This year I have played up and down the country in numerous events! Some of these includes, winning at Nailcote Hall on the European Junior tour where I played the British Par 3 Championship course! I was also very happy to set a new Wee Wonders course record of shooting a 1 over par 28 at the qualifier event in Leeds. I had a great time playing at the US Kids European Championships in Scotland in May and after a great week, I have been very LUCKY to receive an invitation to play at the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS at Pinehurst, North Carolina in August later this year! I am super excited, but as this is an unexpected cost on top of all my other tour events for the year that has already been booked, I need some assistance to get me there :-)
We are trying to raise some funds to help finance Gabriel's side of this trip! He has been working very hard this year training 3-4 a week and competing or playing most weekends! His goal has all along been to make it to the World Championships, but as only the top 80-100 kids per age category compete, we always knew it would be quite an ask, so could not be prouder when he received his invitation!
