Treatment and repatriation

While in Afghanistan to see his fiancee, my cousin Azim was a passenger in a motor vehicle accident. He sustained several injuries including a brain hemorrhage that has place him in a critical condition.
the reason why he went to Afghanistan was to get engage with the love of his life and spend 6 months there with his fiancee due to new Zealand immigration policy before applying for a visa to get his fiance to NZ.
Azim is young passionate individual who has been working very hard to sustain a peaceful life in NZ. He has lived in NZ for 5 years and worked as an interpreter for 4 years.
as mentioned before his current condition is critical and he is in need of repatriation to a suitable facility outside of Afghanistan so that he can receive the required treatment urgently.
Any help ans support is greatly appreciated.
