Trek For Shona Mai

The Trek for Shona Mai is underway. My name is Paul Murcott and I have left my home in Adelaide South Australia, heading for Canberra ACT, on foot with cart and best friend LJ.

I lost my dear daughter Shona Mai to suicide late last year, now I hope to create improvement in our inadequate mental health system.

Your kind donation will help me on this  journey of more than 1,000 kilometres, to raise awareness about suicide and mental health, break down stigma, serve the government with a petition and donate to Beyond Blue. No matter how large or small, your donation will be greatly appreciated, help us to help Paul as he delivers a clear message to the government of Australia.
