Hello and thank you for taking the time to read our story!!
Our names are Mary and Darren Liquorish and our sons name is James Liquorish! James is 7yrs Young and in May 2013 he was Diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy! A life limiting condition with a life exspectancy of 25yrs!!

As you can imagine we were devastated to say the least! it took us some two years to get our heads around what the future holds for our little man!!
Like all parents we want the best for our children! and we as James's parents are going to try our upmost to meet all of James's needs now and for his future!
So we decided to build James a small build at the bottom of our property big enough to house a hydrotherapy pool. which will help James maintain his muscles strength and hopefully keep him out of a wheelchair and mobile for longer! His build will also house a lovely chill out space for James where he can hang out with his pals and will give him his own independence for his future!
We have had so much help already regarding building materials from local businesses and the support from our local community getting involved in events has been fantastic!! We really do appreciate all the help we've received so far and we couldn't thank you enough!!! X
