TSITSIT FRINGE is back for its third year

For those of you who don't yet know, Tsitsit is the Fringe Festival with a Jewish flavour.

Our strapline is ‘if it’s Jewish enough for you, it’s Jewish enough for us.’

‘Tsitsit’ is more though than just a pun on traditional ritual fringes.

We are celebrating the many threads of contemporary Jewish cultures in today’s Britain and the creative ways in which people are reweaving expression of identities. And we are committed to building a fund to commission new work on Jewish themes.

So this year sees the launch of the Jewish Culture Weaver Fund working with our friends at Beyond the Pale Theatre Company , to encourage new theatre, music and poetry that reflects the British Jewish Diaspora experience.

We thank and recognise those whose large donations have already helped us get this far.

We are now looking to lots of our friends and smaller supporters to raise another 5K through crowdfunding.

Our aim is finding

50 people who are happy to donate 100

or 500 people who are happy to donate 10.00

or just happy people willing to donate anything they can afford

So whether it is 10.00 or 100.00 , or any sum in between , or indeed anything more of course, please help us build our Jewish Culture Weaver Fund to support new creative ways of exploring Jewish identities
