Christmas Crusade for Children

Christmas Crusade is an organization made up of Police Officers who throughout the year nominate children they have seen through their job duties.  These children come from a variety of backgrounds but all of them are going through a hard time.  Officers nominate the children for sponsorship.  They include items the children desperately need such as winter clothes or household items.  Officers also include a toy because it provides an escape from the situation they are in.  

Sponsors supply these items for the children and through the sponsors we are able to provide these children with Christmas.  All children receive gifts through Christmas Crusade, but if they are not sponsored we use financial donations to conduct a shopping day where officers throughout Denver caravan to Walmart and shop for the remaining children.  

All donations are used for the children.
