Have you ever met someone who knows how to make you laugh and make you mad at the same time?
Have you ever met someone who was driven to greatness?
Have you ever met someone who was a son, brother, student, businessman, cousin, uncle, and boyfriend?
If you have ever met anyone with the qualities I have listed, you just met my brother, Justin.
Justin was born in 1995; he was the youngest out of the three of us. He was a pretty awesome brother, always putting others first. I remember when one my best friends couldn't make it to a pedicure appointment I wanted to go do. I asked my other brother to go with me and he was like "no way", but Justin said sure. Off he went with me, his sister, to get a pedicure. He almost knocked out the lady when he kicked because he was laughing so much but all I cared about was he came with me.
My favorite memory of Justin was this past summer when I made him go with me to a FootSpa. That was memorable. We were in this huge room with other people getting massages. It was quite tranquil then all the sudden Justin broke wind in the middle of these peoples massages!! I was so embarrassed, but I couldn't stop laughing to tell him.
You're probably wondering by now why I keep referring to memories with Justin. Well, that is because on 6 Dec 2015, an event happened that took Justin's life.
My brother was shot while at a friend’s apartment, at Texas State University (where Justin attended college as a business major) and was killed. No one seems to know who has murdered my brother. I thought the best thing to do was to create this account in an effort to raise reward money to find out who killed Justin.
Watching my family cry and attempt to deal with the pain of losing my brother this past week, been the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Every time we wake up it feels like we are waking up into a nightmare. To bring closure to our lives and justice to whoever murdered him I thought issuing a reward would help. Please help me raise money for Justice for Justin.
