Typebee has been printing production level letterpress work in Post Falls, ID for the past six years after moving from Chicago, IL. We are a team of press people focused on premium printmaking uniting old world craftsmanship with quality design – printing that's the bees knees.
At current we are outgrowing the 400 sq. foot press room, while adding an addition to the crew (a baby) and placing too much mileage (50,000ish per year) on our whimsy wagons. In order for the shop to remain open and continue to produce ink on paper goodness we need your support to move 6,500lbs. of cast iron closer to home.
We have until July 8th to raise funds. The funds will go toward purchasing the presses and moving them safely to the next location. We need to meet our goal in order to keep the presses rolling.
