Ray and his heart transplant

My older brother Ray is going through alot right now and have been for a few years but things has gotten worse.   My brothers heart is failing and he just got on the list for an heart transplant.  He is currently in UAB on heart alert.  His heart is giving out and they have a balloon pump connected to him to heart his heart beat and relieve the pressure on his heart and lungs. They want the pressure low to be able to do the heart transplant  it is a  work in progress.  His wife Paula is having to take off work to be with him to go to classes for all of the care and talk to the doctors cause it constant things going on everyday.  So there is hardly NO money coming in.  He has tried to get on disability but of course been denied (dont know why because of the way things are)  but no money there.  They have SO much doctor bills cause he is in ICU Heart and Lung Transplant Unit and you know how much a day that could be plus there bills here at home.  So the money is getting less and less and running out.  So anything will help them through this process he is having to go through.  When he does get the heart he still be in the UAB for a while and then have to be no less than 20 mins from the hospital for about a month so that means they will have to rent a place to stay and that I bet is going to cost no tell what.   My brother needs this heart to stay alive his heart just cant make it anymore and there is pretty much no other option for them to do.  UAB is doing EVERYTHING to help him so I am trying everything I can do to help them through this.
