<div>My name is Uzuri Pease-Greene Executive Director of Community Awareness Resource Entity (C.A.R.E.) and wexare raising funds to support the needs of Community. Take youth to Sojourn to the Past to learn first hand about the Civil Rights Movent, to help purchase the truck that we use to transport food to hundreds of people each month along with the many Community events that we support and so bringing tables chairs tents and many other supplies. Many organizations have had funding cut and we are one. We continue doing the work no matter what but it is hard. I am asking each of you that see this to please donate so that we can continue without so much stress. Paying off the truck would be a major mile stone, paying the storage for several months along with ADT alarm would really help and also funds to continue education enrichment for our youth. Reach out with any questions for we have come a long way and want to keep empowering our youth because they are our future.

Empower Youth and Community with C.A.R.E.

In the late evening of October 16th 2020 our loved one, Anthony At-Chan, was stolen from us. Gunned down in his hometown in San Francisco. Anthony was a loving and proud father, a caring son, and nurturing as the oldest of his siblings. A bright and beloved young man with so much promise and so much more life to live. Though we can’t change the fact that he was snatched away from us so soon. Ripped away from us without regard or remorse, the sole purpose of this fund is to send our cherished loved one off with a proper burial. We understand that this pandemic has not been kind to anyone. But we are humbly asking if any and all who come across this can please share what you have. Thank you for taking the time to read this. We thank you all in advance who will donate.

Laying Anthony At-Chan to Rest

The <a href="http://www.potreroview.net" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Potrero View</a> , which turns 50 in August - if it makes it that long - is San Francisco’s longest-running community newspaper, serving the Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, Mission Bay and South-of-Market neighborhoods with free monthly editions.  As the public health emergency took hold in March many of the paper's stalwart advertisers -- restaurants and retailers -- closed, and ceased advertising.  Without additional support from subscribers and donors, The Potrero View may need to fold. The Potrero View offers a magical mix of news, reviews, event notices, historical and personality profiles, as well as classified merchant ads, helping to connect the City's eastern neighborhoods.
