Sport team uniforms for K-8

This is my first year as Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at a K-8 school in Seattle, WA. The school is located in an underserved area where most of our students receive free or reduced lunch. It has come to my attention that our athletic teams have no uniforms and there is no money for them. Our teams are competitive and have shown talent and the will to compete despite not having uniforms, and being ridiculed by other schools. They have been wearing white t-shirts or borrowing uniforms when possible. It has been my mission to give these kids something they can be proud of, while promoting school spirit and team unity. We have 5 sport teams: (boys and girls) soccer, basketball, volleyball, track, and ultimate frisbee. We would appreciate any help we could get. Thank you very much for your consideration.
