unpaid maternity leave sucks

EDIT: am now in danger of losing car/apartment in the next couple of weeks before I go back to work. No car or health insurance because no money for premiums, and my car tags are expired.
I put off doing this for a while, but it's down to the wire and all of my other tries at financial savings have come to nothing. In fact, I'm already behind the 8-ball on my car payment and am trying not to get evicted *before* going on maternity leave...
Baby boy is due on August 1st, via caesarean section. This means I won't be able to work for several weeks while I recover from major surgery. I need to support myself, my 8-year-old daughter, and newborn baby in the meantime.
I'm over a month and a half behind on rent, from being in and out of the hospital for severe pains/illnesses both related and unrelated to pregnancy. I haven't been able to work enough hours to pick up the slack. I'm also two months behind on car payment. I've signed up for WIC, but don't qualify for food stamps or TANF, because of my hourly wage at what is supposed to be my full-time job. (The saving grace being that at least I'm not in danger of *losing* said job... unless I lose my apartment or my car.)
I calculated the back amount owed, plus two months of rent, car, utilities, and some groceries, and a conservative budget for incidentals on baby stuff for while I'm laid up. I'm hoping there's enough to keep us afloat through this. PLEASE help. I'm desperate here, and can't afford pride about it. Donations, sharing around friend circles, etc. All useful!
