URGENT BRAIN SURGERY (GAMMA KNIFE)

I was hospitalized for two months after experiencing the loss of my mother (my sole caregiver).
Numerous tests revealed that I have been diagnosed with an Arteriovenous Malformation of the brain.
The UHWI (University Hospital of the West Indies) has referred me to the Miami Neuroscience Centre for a surgery scheduled for October 31, 2018.
Due to circumstances, The deadline for payment has now been moved to October 23, 2018.
This will restore my ability to function effectively and give me an opportunity to lead a full life.
Please note that my beneficiary Florence Cargill is my aunt. She will be receiving the funds and paying the hospital bill on my behalf.
