our temporary loss of income
Donation protected
So as most of you know we recently bought a house and we have additional expenses. Unfortunately during the snow day on April 3rd while sledding with the girls, I slipped and broke my ankle in 3 places which is resulting in me having to have surgery. This will put me off my feet for at least 10-12 weeks. Since my job requires me to be on my feet for my shifts entirety, I'm unable to work for those 10-12 week's and being that I'm the bread winner of the family, it will be a pretty big financial strain on us. Since I work nights, I am home alone during the day taking care of the girls while Courtney's at work. Unfortunately Courtney will have to take some time off of work as well to help with Aubree and get Dani to and from school as it's my right ankle and I can't drive. Considering that we work opposite shifts, we were never in the need for daycare. We may now need to look into some kind of child care and before/after school care which will be another added expense. Any donation, big or small, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any and all help during this unexpected difficult time.
