Care for Autistic twins in L A

I am the father of Fraternal Twins. My wife and I found out last Tuesday the Twins are Autistic at the same level which is 3 as Diagnosed by the Legacy center in Parker Colorado.

 After doing research we found out that UCLA has cutting edge treatment for Autism and we found the sooner they start intensive treatment the better the chance of them having a normal life. They are 2 and a half years old

 The plan before we found out the Diagnose was for me to go out and work for a month and then try to bring the family out. However the Doctor that diagnosed them said we need to get them in therapy ASAP. Also I cant stand to be away from my wife and kids for a month knowing the struggles my wife would face alone.

 We are trying to raise just enough to allow the family to move together ASAP and allow us to start the process to get them the therapy they need. Even with insurance the copays are double because there are twins and we have to have in home care that is NOT covered by insurance that costs 4000 a month.

Any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my family
