Send the Ballers & Lady Ballers

CBA Ballers Inc., is a 501 (c) 3, Non Profit, Youth Travel Basketball organization.  We began in the Summer of 2005, with approximately seven boys.  CBA has now grown to 60 players, five teams; and, now includes girls (Lady Ballers) & boys (Ballers).  Our youth range between the ages of 11 and 18.  They must be attending school regularly.  Our purpose, from the beginning, has been to build Character, develop Basketball skills; and to encourage Academic excellence; to prepare them for High School and/or College basketball; and most importantly for life.  We currently have several ex participants who are now competing in College athletics; and three current Lady Ballers have been awarded full basketball scholarships. 

For the first time, two of our teams (a boys team and a girls team) have qualifed for the renowned California State Games, San Diego, California, July 16 - 19, 2015.    It is our endeavor to take the 24 players to the "Olympic type" State Games, where they have opportunity to participate in a large opening ceremony at Qualcomm Stadium, home of the San Diego Chargers (NFL), meet new people, experience new opportunities; and compete in front of College coaches and scouts who are looking for new prospects.  The full cost to take the 24 youth is $10,000 for the entire weekend.  The Ballers organization, the Youth and their families have come up with a plan to raise half of the money within the next six weeks, we are asking YOU to help us with the other $5,000.  Would you please, help send the CBA Ballers & Lady Ballers to the California State Games?  No gift is too big or too small; and is tax deductible...  Thank you for your generosity!  We are going to San Diego...
