Help me to fight an anti-vaxxer

Protect my kids & community from an anti-vaxxer!
My name is A.P. and my two children aged 8 and 13, are not vaccinated. My ex-wife, with whom I have joint custody, is an anti-vaxxer. She managed to get a vaccination exemption for “philosophical reasons.”
I’m starting this GoFundMe campaign to help protect my two children and my entire community from anti-vaxxing.
Here’s my story:
I represented myself in the court case since I didn’t have the finances for a lawyer at the time, and I truly believed my case would go through. After all, vaccine hesitancy is known to be a global health threat.
My ex-wife, on the other hand, worked with aggressive lawyer and flew in expert anti-vaxxers, spending $65,000 on the case. Last year, I was shocked to find out I lost the case. And on top of that, I now owe her $35,000 in legal fees.
In losing this case, it’s not only my two children who are at risk, but also our entire community. With infectious diseases, 90-95% of the population need to be vaccinated to ensure immunity.
How could this Arbitrator go against a public health crisis?
Myths claiming that vaccines cause autism were debunked long ago. New York just declared a measles outbreak emergency. And governments around the world are now fighting against vaccine misinformation. What is Canada waiting for to make vaccinations strictly necessary? Are we waiting for a national major outbreak to react?
Today, I feel a strong sense of injustice and I’m striving to take this issue to the Superior Court of Ontario.
Your support matters.
As a community, we can raise awareness of the dangers of anti-vaccination, and help my children and our larger community.
Please help me appeal the judge’s decision of my case by donating to this cause. All funds will go towards paying the legal fees and taking this case to the Superior Court to fight the anti-vaccine crisis.
Any money raised that isn’t used for this purpose will be donated to Sick Kids Hospital.
Thank you, I truly appreciate your support.
