Vet for Valentine
Donation protected
Our beloved goldendoodle Valentine was hit by a car this morning as we returned from dropping the kids off at school. The vehicle did not stop, so we have no idea who hit her or if they can help. She was immediately brought to the Mission Veterinary Hospital, where an exam proved that she has a broken leg. We have been told she needs surgery or amputation.
The cost for either of these ranges from $1670 to $2563. Unfortunately, we don't have pet insurance. The surgeon, Dr. Kahlon, is scheduled to see Valentine on Thursday, March 14. I am hoping against all odds to be able to do this for our puppy.
Valentine was brought into our family to be my daughter Rose's therapy dog. Valentine just turned one, and she is the most loving and intelligent dog you could ever meet. She is just as much of a sweetheart as her name suggests. She deserves proper care and she is just so precious to us.
Please, if you can help in any way, consider donating. I can't make any promises but if Valentine ever has puppies, I will put you on the top of the list. Or I will let you visit and she can cover you with puppy kisses and give you hugs. Or both.
