Veterinarian Bills and Eviction
Please help me get my kitten fixed and not lose my home!
My 6 year old black cat has not eaten or drank in days and I've used almost all of my rent resources trying to get her help. The vet would not take a payment plan, though I am looking into other vets I also want her to have the best care. Husband and I are employed full time but I, personally, have not been to work since my kitten has been sick and so funds are getting lower.
The veterinarian bill is over 800 and my rent, plus late fees are almost two thousand dollars and we have already been served eviction papers. (Landlords don't want to evict but I'm having a hard time paying so they're forced to!) She has had an IV, is on nausea medicine and is about to be on appetite stimulants, but we're unable to find the underlying cause of her problem without a super chem and abdominal radiographs.
The cost of those procedures total were 800$+ and my rent is over 1K plus late fees.
Any cent helps me keeping a roof over of our heads while still getting her the medicine she needs. Thank you and please keep her in your thoughts. She's not just a pet, she's family.
