VFW Post 3850 Building Fund
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Ed Dille and I am the Junior Vice Commander of VFW Post 3850 in Kihei, Hawaii, the home to Maui's Combat Veterans from all branches of service. Our Post, Paul Kenolio Hall, is a wooden World War II era building that has nearly reached the end of its viable life cycle. In addition to being a focal point for programs which help Veterans, our post is also used by the community for a wide variety of activities.
The national Veterans of Foreign Wars organization pays nothing toward the maintenance and upkeep of individual posts, as our Charter focuses on funding programs rather than infrastructure. As such, it falls to each post to organize fundraising activities and events to meet these needs. We have many such events and initiatives planned, and indeed you may be visiting this site as a result of one of those events! Either way, we appreciate any support you can provide, and look forward to sharing our new facility with you once it is completed!
