Run for Keadue Social Services
Donation protected
Keadue Social Services is a registered Charity under the management of Roscommon Leader Partnership. The service provides a range of social and health supports for older people and adults with disabilities enabling them to remain as independent as possible in their own homes and communities.
The centre provides activity programmes based in the heart of the community which helps service users foster their own personal development, provide them with peer support and supports them to address the challenges of ageing in a rural isolated area.
Anyone receiving care and support values their independence highly, as it brings with it dignity, control, self-esteem, and fulfilment and is key to ensuring happiness and quality of life.
We are participating in the VHI Women's Mini Marathon on 3rd June to help raise funds for the centre and your support would be greatly appreciated. A number of the staff at Keadue Social Services - Julie, Pauline and Karen along with other Roscommon Leader Partnership staff and volunteers will be taking part in the marathon and are hoping to raise much-needed funds to help with the running of the centre and providing services to the older people of our community who use the centre
